- HI-KUB concept is based on ecological
sustainability: since the careful choice of materials, recycled or recyclable
when possible, application of thermal insulation, to noninvasive deployment on
the ground, allowing it to continue permeable.
It is still possible to increase this ecological

3 - System of passive / active geothermal ventilation
- improves the quality of the air inside the module, allowing natural temperature control without resorting to mechanical means
- by applying mechanical means that makes the inside air flow in order to seize the temperature differences between the ground and the environment and thereby heat or cool the interior air as necessary.
3 - Sistema de ventilação geotérmica passiva / activa
- melhora a qualidade do ar no interior dos módulos, permitindo um controlo da temperatura de forma natural - aplicação de meios mecânicos para aumentarem a circulação do ar interior de forma a aproveitar as diferenças de temperatura entre o solo e o ambiente, e desta forma aquecer ou arrefecer o ar interior, consoante as necessidades.
